Pulse Pro and SG Timers

You can connect the SG Timer and SG Pulse Pro to the Drills app simultaneously. They can work together only in the Free Shooting mode.
When you have both Pulse Pro and SG Timer connected, it will also record actual shot times in your shooting sessions. In order for it to work you need to have both devices connected to the app at all times.

It will still be one shooting session. Pulse Pro and the Timer are synced. The time limit setting will sync, you may start/stop the session from either device, and any changes you make will automatically update the selected preset in the SG Timer and sync between the app, timer and Pulse Pro.

You may choose which device will be used to capture shots. Pulse Pro uses accelerometers and gyroscopes to detect shots, while SG Timers uses sound. To learn more about sensor settings in SG Timers, this guide.

⚠️ Important – when the Pulse Pro is selected for shot recognition, you will still see shot times appear on the timer display. These are the sounds captured by the timer and they will not be imported into the app. In the app you will see the shot times captured by the Pulse Pro.

Once you start a session, the start and stop signals will be generated by the SG Timer. If you have stage timer alerts enabled, they will still sound from the SG Pulse Pro rather than the Timer. You can now start and stop the session from the Timer, from the app, or from the Pulse Pro.

⚠️ Please note: The shooting preset on the SG Timer should have only 1 set to work together with Pulse Pro.
