If Shooters Global product is covered by a limited hardware warranty, its duration will be displayed on a product page.
This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Shooters Global-branded hardware products, including Shooters Global-branded peripheral products.
This limited hardware warranty does not cover:
- Non Shooters Global-branded products and accessories
- Water damage
- Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
- External damage
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse.
- Servicing not authorized by Shooters Global.
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
- Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Shooters Global.
- Products for which Shooters Global has not received payment
- Normal wear and tear.
If you purchased a product directly from Shooters Global, you must present a receipt / invoice / or contact Shooters Global from the email address provided in your purchase order. If you purchased a product from a retailer, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shooters Global's responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair or replacement as set forth in this warranty statement.
No warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states, provinces, jurisdictions or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Warranty support only applies when the covered product is located within the country in which Shooters Global originally sold the system, as reflected in Shooters Global's records. If you need support for the product outside of the country of origin (for example, while traveling, or if the system has been relocated to a new country), then Shooters Global may offer you other support options for an additional charge.
We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited hardware warranty, and we do not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages, for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost or damaged data or software. Shooters Global does not warrant that the operation of any Shooters Global product will be uninterrupted or error free. our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
Unless otherwise required by law, the limited hardware warranty on all Shooters Global-branded products purchased directly from Shooters Global begins on the date of the packing slip, invoice, receipt or other sales documentation. For products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers, the limited hardware warranty begins on the date of your original sales receipt unless otherwise required by law. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts.
What Do I Do If I Need Warranty Service?
Before contacting Shooters Global, please try one or more of the following:
- Ensure that you have installed any updates available for your device.
- Access https://timer.shooters.global/how-to-use for troubleshooting advice. Very often users take improper device setup as a warranty issue.

What Will Shooters Global Do?
Upon contacting Shooters Global, you will be required to engage in a remote diagnosis session to help determine the cause of your issue.
If Shooters Global determines that your issue is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship but the issue is not able to be resolved remotely, Shooters Global, at its sole discretion, will arrange for you to send your product or defective part back to Shooters Global and will dispatch a replacement to you. A replacement will be shipped to you only after you ship your product or defective part back to Shooters Global.
If your limited hardware warranty has expired or if we determine that the problem is not covered under this limited hardware warranty, we may be able to offer you service alternatives on a fee basis.
In most cases you will receive a brand new product, however Shooters Global may also repair your product using new parts. Replacement parts and products are covered for the remaining period of the limited hardware warranty for the product you purchased.
If after the remote diagnosis Shooters Global determines that the issue is not covered by the warranty, but you insist that this is a warranty case, Shooters Global may offer you to ship the product for on-site inspection. If upon receipt and inspection of your product, we determine that your product issue is not covered under this limited hardware warranty, you will be charged a shipping fee and given the opportunity to return your unit, or perform a repair for a fee.
