You can switch between “Feed”, “Shooting” and “Activity” in the lower menu of the Drills app. We will tell more about “Shooting” unit on the next page.
Feed
There is an internal news feed within the application. Something like our social network for shooters, where you can share your results, communicate and find friends. Everything you post here becomes visible for all Drills users.
Events
In this section, you can view online competitions created by other shooters, or create your own.
To create your own event you need to build a stage or select a stage from your stage library and tap “Create challenge”. After that it will appear in the events tab and will be available to all shooters on the app.
In the event description, you can see the stage parameters. They are pre-scripted, and you can’t change them.
People can join, review your stage, build it in real life, complete it, mark their hits and their data will be saved in a scoresheet.
Click “Walk the route” to follow the shooter’s path. Click “View” to learn the stage. You can also click AR to see the stage from every angle: in miniature or in real size. This will help you to build your stage in real life. We will tell more about the Stage Library and Virtual stage builder later in the guide.
To get started, place the camera on the shooting point so that you and the stage can be seen. Click “Join” and “Start”. The app will record your video and save your timer results. Depending on your results, you will be placed in the top shooter table.
Activity.
Activity is your interactive training journal. All your results are stored here. Make sure you train with the timer connected to the app, or synchronize them after training.
To navigate between days — swipe the calendar row or tap the “Calendar” button. Days with at least one practice will be circled in yellow.
Tap on the individual session to view full information.
If you made a video of your session, it will be attached to the session history. The entire history is saved in the cloud. It will remain even if you delete the application and then come back and log in to your account again.
To delete your data entirely, go to “Settings”, “Profile Edit” and delete your account.
